HubEcc Ambiental

I developed HubEcc Ambiental, a web platform for the Corporación de Desarrollo Tecnológico (CDT) of the Cámara Chilena de la Construcción, used to register, quantify, validate and report environmental data from construction projects. It tracks construction and demolition waste (RCD), water consumption and CO₂ emissions, and manages a directory of external waste managers with geolocation and mandatory sanitary authorizations.

The platform implements a role-based access control system (global CDT admin, company admin and project manager), an initial estimation module (Anexo 2) that projects waste and water usage by LER code, and a monthly quantification module (Anexo 11) that validates that waste destinations add up to 100%. It also includes a reporting panel with KPIs comparing real vs estimated performance, temporal trends, efficiency indicators, CSV/Excel exports, a benchmarking module against industry averages, and RITA, an AI assistant for waste-related queries. The front-end is built with React and Tailwind CSS, with Recharts for data visualization and Google Maps integration, while the back-end runs on Express with a MySQL database, JWT authentication and Zod validation.
